Key Responsibilities
- Quickly input patient details and health records into our secure electronic databases. Perform frequent checks on submitted data to fix mistakes and preserve record quality. Adhere strictly to HIPAA protocols to safeguard private medical files. Update health logs across all systems so doctors have reliable access. Create thorough status updates for the hiring leads and the business operations department.
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma; previous experience in clinic administration is a plus. Fast and error-free typing abilities with an emphasis on meticulousness. Strong understanding of clinical terminology and standard medical file layouts. Proficient with technology, secure file systems, and virtual meeting apps. Highly organized individual able to handle tasks effectively while working from a home office.
